IT'S TIME TO PRAY

Here at Bethesda we believe in prayer, it is the engine that drives the church. We desire to lock arms with the Church of Jesus across the world and pray for our world, our nation, our churches, our own life before the Lord. Because of the ongoing events in our nation, and the ever-present reality that God and God alone can heal our land, we have set aside the month of September as a time for us to pray as a church body. September is a pivotal month in so many ways.

1. It is a reset month for those on the academic calendar

2. It is the end of summer and the beginning of a new season

3. Two significant Jewish holidays are celebrated: Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur

We have prayerfully considered how the Lord would want Bethesda to initiate and engage in a prayer emphasis in the recovery phase of a pandemic and the impending elections this year. Below you will find a detailed list of how how you can join with us during this time of prayer and fasting.
